You a lucky if you get what you book.

Booked a room on the top floor with outside jacuzzi but when we got there they just showed us to another room and said this was what we booked..photos can not be that wrong!! After a lot of mess we had to go to another hotel or stay in 3 diff rooms during a week.. They dont seem to know whats going on.. Anyway we suggested to go to the clinton suite or move to another place.. It was not with outside jucuzzi but ok even they closed a bit of the room.. Instead of fighting over this they should probably admit they made a huge mistake.. The resturant teams a very nice but others need to learn more on service
