Fantastic Hotel and Spa

This Hotel and its Spa facilities certainly live up to its 5* Rating From our check in to check out our experience of the hotels staff are excellent all staff cant do enough for you we were shown to our room which had fantastic sea and pool / garden views the rooms are well equiped and house keeping do a fantastic job of maintaining the rooms also an evening turn down service with naughty chocolates on the sides Resturants Oriental and Poppogallio had excellent menus and food quality was absolutely surperb along with the service the breakfast resturant had everything one could want along with the Chef cooking eggs to your requirements Micheal the Food and Beverage Manager was always seen and talking to all guest to ensure quality of food/service was being recieved. Two pool areas and fantastic gardens and lakes were well maintained wel stocked fish and 2 black swans were resident. The icing on the cake is the fantastic Spa and its customer facing staff
