5* + and more!!!

I fell in love with this hotel as soon as I had entered it. There was definitely a WOW factor everywhere. The staff so incredibly friendly effiicient and not pompous. The facilities at the hotel were excellent and the breakfast to die for. So much choice on the menu. You could either eat inside or on the patio terrace overlooking one of the pools and that is what I did every day of the holiday. You also were given a daily "news" bulletin when you went into breakfast with the days activities at the hotel and the world news. It was a nice little touch. The grounds of the hotel were extremely well maintained and beautiful with lakes and bridges with an oriental touch. I also dined twice at the hotel at the Thai restaurant and the Italian on the outside terrace. On Both occasions the food was excellent, service excellent and very enjoyable. Obviously there is a mark up on the costs but nothing major and worth it. My favourite place and apparently the 2019 Best Spa Award In Europe via Conde Nest was....the Oriental Spa Garden . This place was HEAVEN. Another pool jacuzzi small jucuzzi in the cave in the pool, treatment rooms and surrounding lawns. Absolute bliss. No children under 16 or 18 were allowed so all couples mid old and younger age. This really was a place to relax and enjoy. I could fault nothing of this hotel and strange as 3 months earlier I had at stayed as a guest at another hotel of the Leading Hotels of the World in Croatia but found this hotel far better in every respect. Within an easy 15/20 minute walk into the town for the the coastal walk, restaurantts and bar (Spanish feel) and some shops along the walk, I will definitely be returning and cannot wait.
