A wonderful hotel with the warmest of welcomes from the most attentive and friendly staff
Outstanding hotel (this was our fifth stay there: when we arrived for the second time, we were welcomed by everyone to " our home in Tenerife"). Personal service from staff for whom nothing is too much trouble to make your stay perfect. Really spacious public areas, library etc., everywhere spotlessly clean, comfortable, bedrooms fully and beautifully equipped, superb facilities (pools, spa etc), beautiful gardens, bird song, even a putting green! Perfect location as able to use the hotel's shuttle to explore the town itself whilst enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the hotel's setting. Nonetheless the hotel's key, unique asset is its staff who are exceptional.Thank you Susannah (Guest Relations), Toni on Reception x, Antonio greeting everyone on the steps, always with a smile x Have tried a few other "five star" hotels in Tenerife; if they are five star, Botanico is minimum eight star!
