Outstanding as always
My mother has been staying at the Botanico for the past 18 years. She is now 83 years old and still loves it there. The facilities are immaculate and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who really look after her. This was my second time at the Botanico and I cannot fault it either. The flowers in the room on arrival were beautiful and very much appreciated. The management are always visible at breakfast and in the evening to answer any questions and staff at reception, especially Toni, are spot on. Thank you again for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
