Great stay at a beautiful hotel

Wonderrful hotel with great gardens, spa and pools. Spa was particularly welcome and free to guests. Only 2 restaurants open but both very good. Breakfast by the pool a treat. Staff always friendly and attentive. A minor issue - when we arrived we weren't thrilled with the balcony view (a first world problem) so asked to change rooms. We were told there were no suitable alternatives available. Immediately looked on the hotel website and Expedia (who we booked through), plenty of rooms in all categories available.
