Another great holiday at the Botanico

I normally visit the Hotel Botanico in March each year. I was there in 2020 shortly before the Covid lockdowns. This year (2021) my visit was delayed until December owing to the ongoing pandemic and hotel closure. It was worth the wait. The usual high standard throughout the hotel with friendly and obliging staff. This time, stayed in the Ambassador Junior suite. I mad several visits to the Oriental ( Thai) and Papagallo (Italian) restaurants, but still miss La Parilla ( Spanish) restaurant which closed in favour of "The Slim" restaurant a couple of years ago. Very good Covid safety measures throughout the hotel.
