Luxurious and welcoming

Everything about our stay at Hotel Botanico was amazing. Our suite was clean and spacious with a beautiful view over the mountains, the garden is magical and lovely place to have an evening stroll, the pool and gym facilities were great, excellent breakfast with a huge variety of choice, and perfect location for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. But what makes it really special is the welcome you get from the staff, everyone is friendly and warm and happy to help - from the bar staff to the housekeepers to the gardeners - and feels like they are proud to work at the hotel and welcome you there. We will definitely be back!
