Lovely, comfortable and relaxed hotel in beautiful gardens

This is a great hotel and it was always a delight to get back after a day out hiking, at the beach, eating out or sightseeing. The staff were friendly and attentive. The facilities were great and it was very clean and well maintained. The pool is lovely. My wife and I had one spa treatement each, both excellent. The rooms were a good size with a lovely balcony. Minor comments would be bathroom starting to look a little dated although perfectly functional and clean. The breakfast options were plentiful. Maybe there could have been a few more local products like conserves and jams (I am clasping at staws here)? My wife and I are in our 50's and were at the younger end of the spectrum. I probably would not come here with young children. But overall superb and a lovely relaxing place to be.
