A FABULOUS HOTEL.
As always outstanding. Very well managed hotel and the only place we would ever stay in Puerto de la Cruz. The refurbishment during COVID is impressive and adds to the interior and exterior appearance of the hotel. Spa is excellent and thankfully child free but tiles round the pool badly need grouted and the surrounding area needs freshened up with white paint. Staff are delightful and General Manager Gustavo Escobar is to be congratulated on building a very good team of caring and courteous staff. Senator suites are very large and housekeeping is always perfect.
