Exceeded expectations

We booked through Jet2.com as a mini break before our main holiday in June but frankly it turned out to be far better that we imagined. I will commend Jet2 for their organisation at both ends. It is an hours taxi ride from the airport, but at least it gets you away from the crowds The hotel itself is exquisite. Roomy and attractive with gorgeous gardens to stroll through. The facilities are first class as are the rooms The staff are extremely well trained and I`m ashamed to say they speak perfect English. (Note to self, learn some Spanish before returning!) They are sincere in their wish to make you feel special. We booked a 5 day spa course which was simply amazing. The facilities and ambience of the Spa is World class. The treatments are carried out by very well trained professionals. I thought it very reasonable to have 80 minutes of treatments for five days @ 550 euros. Again, I`m really ashamed about this but apart from going to a great Flamenco show in Puerto de la cruz, we just flipped and flopped. We absolutely loved everything about it and plan to return in October
