Great holiday for the whole family
We stayed 7 nights (2 adults and a 14 and 12 year old). The hotel was fab and I agree with the other reviewers on that, so I’ll just mention a few things I wondered about before we went. We visited over the Easter school holidays. There were lots of other families and my daughter made lots of new friends in the pool. The pool is gorgeously warm and great to swim in even first thing in the morning before the day had warmed up. Inflatables aren’t allowed but we had some inflatable noodles which were. You can borrow towels for the beach from reception. Breakfast was great, lots of choice so my children made the most of gorging on doughnuts, waffles, crepes and pancakes every day. There was also a good English breakfast selection, smoked salmon, cereal, pastries, bread and lovely fresh fruit. Lots and lots of choice. We had two interconnecting rooms which worked well. Rooms and bathrooms very spacious and comfortable. We had a sea view which meant we got the sun late afternoon and early evening. If you have a room with a garden view you pretty much get the sun all day. Given we weren’t in our room that much wasn’t an issue for us. My only criticism would be that guests are not meant to reserve sun beds by the pool but they clearly do, and this was not policed by the pool staff. One day I was next to a reserved bed and it was not used all morning. There was often a shortage of beds so this was a bit frustrating.
