Perfect retreat

A wonderful hotel everything you would expect for its 5 stars. I mentioned to the concierge that I found the mattress too hard and pillow not supportive enough and immediately she phoned housekeeping and by the time we returned to our room they had put a memory foam mattress and pillow in situ and from then on I slept like a lamb. We had interconnecting rooms as our adult daughter who has a learning was with us which made our stay perfect. The pools are kept at a lovely temperature and the loungers are very comfortable. The Oriental Spa Restaurant is amazing and all food at the hotel of a good standard. The staff are lovely and the location perfect although there is a courtesy bus into the town its easily walkable with many cafes and independent shops to browse. We hired a car which allowed us to explore the island although excursions are bookable from reception as was the hire car which was delivered and collected from the hotel.
