Elegant restful hotel

This hotel is consistently good with excellent friendly and helpful staff. This is the only hotel we would stay in whilst in Puerto de la Cruz. It’s situated in the up and coming area of la Paz. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. Mario on the breakfast station serves perfectly cooked eggs and always with a smile. The facilities are excellent. The pool area is very well run, the pool attendants are constantly cleaning the sun beds and surrounding area. The Spa pool is adult only , so is very peaceful, but in need of a tidy up of the area surrounding the pool. The gardens are beautiful and well tended. We can’t wait to return.
