Consistently excellent

Last of my many visits to this wonderful establishment. This gorgeous, timeless spa hotel remains the perfect location for those who want a break from the pressures of modern society. It sits in its own beautifully maintained grounds and exudes peace and tranquillity. The service is excellent, the staff being both friendly and approachable. Any slight problems you may encounter are dealt with immediately and thoroughly. Out with the very occasional boorish guest who brings their "Benidorm 3 star inclusive" behaviour to the establishment (not appreciated by management or the vast majority of guests) I would rate this hotel as faultless.
