Great Hotel, but let down by their restaurants/dinner options

Stayed here for 9 nights. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are all very friendly. Breakfasts and Lunches were very good. However, the dinner option(s) were terrible. Only 1 restuarant open on most nights and either Italian or Chinese. Very limited menu. Not great for children and would expect much more from a hotel of this calibre.
