Service at this hotel is the best I have experienced ever . The reception, the concierge , waiters cannot do enough for you. Truly 5 star. Everyone else is great too - rooms , pools , spa, breakfast - excellent. Pierre deal Cruz is a great town. Not as hot as the south - but very pleasant.
