Amazing Hotel with the Best Staff for a Superb Experience

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Botánico & The Oriental Spa Garden in Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife) from August 30 to September 5. This is an extraordinary hotel with great restaurants and amenities, ample and beautifully decorated rooms, several swimming pools (including those of the spa), a very nice tropical garden, four excellent restaurants and one of the best (and better equipped) spas we’ve ever visited with superb masseuses. However, the staff deserves special commendation. All of them have the typical courteousness for which the Canary islanders are so well-known. They’re always attentive and kind, without being overwhelming. I’m our case, they were singularly available to solve all our questions and even assisted us at our arrival with a change of room (without any extra cost) which was most probably caused by my lack of attention at the time of making the reservation (thank you, Pino!); they topped their excellent service up by bringing a full bouquet of roses to our room a few days later. All in all, an extraordinary experience and an absolutely recommendable accommodation in a beautiful location.
