Excellent hotel, gardens and service

We have just returned from our fourth visit to the Hotel Botanico. The hotel and gardens are without compare. The service from the moment you arrive is second to none and it is testament to the hotels 5 star service that so many people return to this hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent and there is something there for everyone. I would particularly like to mention Toni on reception who is a model of excellent customer service. From the moment we arrived it was like being welcomed home with 5 star service all the way.
