Fantastic experience !

First time in the North of Tenerife at the wonderful Hotel Botanico. A delayed flight meant we arrived in the dark ,but the hotel looked amazing. Greeted by the concierge who was friendly and helpful all week, the foyer is a sight to behold. Quick and easy check in and up to the room which was spacious and spotless with a lovely balcony. For reference it was 315. Only criticism was the sofa bed for our 15 year old, at 5 feet 10 tall she would have preferred a single bed, but as it was a suite I can see why. Staff kept the room immaculate all week and were always happy and smiling. Would have liked a bit of an information pack in the room, small details, but the daily complimentary water was much appreciated. Gardens are amazing. Pool area fantastic and once again, staff around pool are brilliant. Bit annoying first morning as we took a table for breakfast then went off to fill our plates, only to return a few minutes later to find our table occupied!. Breakfast excellent, especially the freshly made crepes and omelettes. There was a massive conference on while we was there but this didn't seem to affect anything we experienced, and hotel remained spotless and immaculate. Must mention Susana, the public relations lady who was so pleasant and helpful during the times we spoke to her. Ate in the Oriental restaurant one night which was amazing, and the Italian on our last night where the food was also amazing but I'm sad to say the staff in the Italian seemed a bit aloof. Never got asked how our food was our whether we wanted another drink. Even had to ask twice for the bill!. Overall though , fantastic place , definitely will return, thank you💙.
