New year 2023

Whole experience was fantastic. The staff always go the extra mile and are so helpful unfortunately some of the guests can be rude. But the hotel has no influence over this. I ate at one of the in hotel restaurants and i can not fault any aspect of the food and staff however there was a family playing cluedo a few tables away and they were extremely loud I just thought that it was not the right place to be playing cluedo in a fine dining restaurant as the noise was disturbing others I was not the only person to pass comment. Although great to see young families out for dinner together.
