Exemplary hospitality mixed with gorgeous old world charm

The warm hospitality and spa experience is exquisite unlike what I have experienced in Europe so far. Sincere appreciation to the crew of Botanico, you all know how to be warm, hospitable and make a guest feel so welcome and special. The entire staff know you by name. Thanks Lorena for being so patient at check in and willing to answer questions, to the smiling, helpful valet at the door, to Shirly for being gracious, to Santiago, the fantastic maitre^d who took care to make sure I get great vegetarian dishes, to Sergio and Candeleria for being excellent hosts at the restaurants. The sea view room was very well appointed and plush - very comfortable beds, wonderful turn down service, never seen before tea selection in the room, and plenty of amenities. The hotel itself is gorgeous and had old world charm which I love. Expansive spread at breakfast. The spa is out of the world! I have never had such a relaxing massage (out of South East Asia) and a great therapist who helped with great tips to good health. It is also close to many restaurants and has a shuttle service to the center of the mini-town. I have only but appreciation for this hidden, exquisite gem. Highly recommended for its luxury, indulgent spa experience and warm (almost Asian-style) hospitality.
