Lovely Hotel and staff
We went as a family in early April - this is the wetter side of the island, but we had four out seven days of sunshine, and a trip to the top of El Teide. The hotel itself is lovely. Very helpful, friendly staff, high quality service, and really nice gardens and grounds. They run a nice kids club, but it's a shame that 12-16 yr old children aren't allowed in the Spa as this is the hidden treasure of the hotel. We ate in the town in the evening where there's great choice, but the hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. Recommend this hotel.
