Over and beyond a 5 star rating.

A hotel that go over and beyond the 5 star category rating. The whole staff from chamber maids upwards were exceptional. The web site and other positive reviews are representative of the hotel from rooms, facilities, location etc. I would without doubt recommend this hotel and we are certain to return. I agree with comments that b & b are the best options certainly at a time when some of the restaurants are closed (early season only I assume). We did eat in the hotel restaurants in the evening on a couple of occasions which was acceptable but for any length of time you would find menu choices limited. The outside eating during the day was excellent and a more informal outside evening eating facility would be welcomed (not available perhaps at this time of year). Overall it is difficult to fault this hotel and the management, I hope, appreciate that their staff are a major contribution to this comment.
