Exceptional service at Hotel Botanico
We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay at Hotel Botanico and fully intend to return for a longer visit as soon as we can. Service was exceptional from checkin when we were upgraded to an Ambassador Suite, through to checkout when our car was brought round from the car park and luggage loaded, all with a smile. I was celebrating a significant birthday during our visit and we were delighted to find a bottle of Cava and a cake in the suite on the actual birthday. This was a lovely surprise and totally unexpected. Thank you for making our stay memorable!
