Wonderful stay
Fantastic return stay at this wonderful hotel. I think that it is the best managed hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are genuinely helpful, welcoming and always smiling. The breakfast, which can be eaten by the pool is wonderful- high quality ingredients cooked to perfection, and served with a smile. A few evenings a week at 6pm they have demonstrations at the bar- how to make cocktails/ wine tastings etc- well worth attending. Free access to the spa is excellent and very relaxing, it was never busy when we were there. Good gym too. Would love to return as soon as possible! Special mentions to Claudia ( waitress), Mario ( omelettes/crepes), Antonio and Francisco in the foyer ( so welcoming and friendly) and Jean Carlos ( cocktails). Also so impressed that the manager takes time to respond to every review on here and even responded to my post holiday survey. I can think of various hotels who should follow the lead of the Botánico.
