Upper class hotel with friendly helpful staff
A classic, plush immaculately kept hotel, wonderfully located with breathtaking views of ElTeide volcano and set in extensive beautifully kept lush gardens. The Staff were extremely helpful and particularly accommodating as one of the three restaurants was closed for the summer recess, thus limiting gastronomic choice. Breakfast was sumptuous, lunch by the pool less appealing.The evening musical shows in the bar area were of high quality with some surprising musical talent. The reception staff were bending over backwards to please the residents. The regular bus shuttle to the centre a great asset. The sauna and gym facilities second to none. Overall a most enjoyable relaxing stay in a luxurious hotel with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. An experience to be repeated.
