Wonderful hotel!
We have just returned from this wonderful hotel where my family have stayed multiple times over the last 40 years. The staff are so friendly and make the holiday so special. I especially wish to mention: Toni (concierge); Candalaria, Livania, Sergio and Daida (Palmera Real); Jennifer (room maid); Ahmed, Tanya and Marie (Bar Hall); Norbetto (restaurant server); and Paula (PR). The accommodation, pool area, spa and restaurants are superb. There are wonderful large open public areas and an amazing garden; you must visit the black swans and the turtles. We already have our next holiday booked and highly recommend this hotel.
