Brilliant Hotel & Team

Brilliant hotel with a team that truly cares about providing guests with the best possible experience in a thoughtfully designed setting. The hotel grounds and garden are excellently maintained and a pleasure to explore, it's a real priviledge to have such a strong variety of plant life situated around the hotel - not just in the gardens. The same level of attention detail is applied throughout, we was particularly impressed with the refinement given to the room service, we ordered from 'The Oriental' and the meal was served to us on our balcony overlooking the spa garden complete with a formal table setting with table cloth, flowers, breads and cocktails from the bar hall brought to us freshly made. The team quite literally made us feel like they was bringing the restaurant to us, and of course the food was excellent. The outdoor pool areas are tranquil and great for recharging as is the spa area with a nice selection of aromatherapy rooms/sauna. Highly reccomend the relaxation beds next to the indoor pool too! My partner and I found ourselves pleasantly surprised each day of our stay, either by the care and proffesionalism of the team or by the many wonderful features of the hotel itself.
