An excellent hotel - and a wonderful stay
I felt compelled to write to say how good I thought this hotel was. The style, decoration, rooms, cleaniness, service and staff were exemplary. I especially would like to mention Lerona on the front desk who worked very hard to resolve a reservation issue that we had (Secret Escapes had not sent through the booking correctly). We were faced without a room for about an hour (because of Secret Escapes), but Lerona persevered and managed to sort everything out. We are very grateful to her. This excellent service continued every day, in the restaurants, the spa and with room service and conceirge. I throrougly recommend this hotel to others.
