Paradise in Tenerife - Hotel Botanico Delivers Perfection!
Our family have had the pleasure of staying here many times over the years and have always had a great experience. Amazing Service All the staff we encountered were very friendly, and offered an outstanding service. This experience has been maintained over decades of previous family visits. We have always been very warmly received on each visit gives a warming family feel. Big shout outs to Toni and Susanna! Great Location The hotel is not far from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz with great views of mount Teide or the ocean depending on your requested room. It allows for a gentle walk into town (c.15-20min) with many great restaurants to choose from. However, some of the best are the ones at the hotel. We would highly recommend The Oriental, or Brunelli's down the coast for a great steak and view of the ocean (tip: If you do order a steak on the menu the sirloin is what I would call a fillet for those scanning the menu). The hotel does run a shuttle bus to Brunelli's on certain days or would be more than willing to book you a taxi. Good Value Its great value for money, from the impressive breakfast buffet that kept us going until dinner, the super comfy sunbeds, daily use of the spa's sauna, cold room, steam room or just relaxing on the room's balcony with a glass of wine. If massages or treatments are you thing you can book those in too. We usually go for a deluxe double room with a mountain view, although in 2024 we are looking to stay in one of their suites. All in all, great staff, location and fantastic experience overall! Looking forward to returning soon.
