Consistently excellent
This hotel is utterly wonderful. I’ve taken my mum, who’s just turned 80 here any many times and it is consistently good. We only ever stay in 5 star hotels and this compared favourably with other LHW around the world. Above all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. From the bar staff, reception, restaurants and chambermaids. We always feel like VIPs . If you are looking for a sophisticated, relaxed break you won’t be disappointed. HB is definitely worth it.
