Almost perfect

Mix reviewed, we loved our stayed at the hotel botánico, and we tried several of their services. Carlos in reception was specially helpful and tried his best to go above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful and well kept even if the style gives a bit outdated vibe. The service impecable, well mannered and helpful even if still could be improve. We as so many required information in order to visit the Teide and we were encouraged to book a bus tour, and it was a success but the issue falls that we explicitly required a tour to the Top of the Teide while this tour was not. I will suggest to review the information provided on this front. There was also a bit of misunderstanding on what was paid and what not, this was easily sorted but still uncomfortable to have to dig and review payments due to a miscommunication in reception. Otherwise, was a great stay!
