Beautiful hotel
Hotel Botanico is beautiful! The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel like a VIP during your stay. The grounds/gardens and rooms are very clean. The turn-down service and the chocolate they left for us was a nice treat. We really enjoyed our meal at La Parilla restaurant. It is in a great location where you can just walk to many restaurants and shops. Just a few comments/suggestions, but would not take any stars away from this five-star hotel. The pillows were too soft and did not offer any support. It would be nice if they could change the carpeting in the all rooms to hardwood.

In fact, we have recently renovated the second floor and we have already installed wooden parquet instead of carpet in our new Doble Superior Rooms, the objective is to continue in this line.
