Buy tickets at arrival or via the main website

I would of given it 5 stars however there was a slight issue on arrival Having bought my ticket 2 months earlier with jet 2 I stood around for what felt like half an hour afyer a 1 hour travel from playa del ingles. as they couldn't find my ticket. This led to 2 receptionists both searching and eventually opening up another till to deal with the queue that formed behind me, eventually a manager came down and although I couldn't understand what was being said they eventually let me in, But after I got in the tanks were beautiful and clear all the aquatic life seemed very lively and all the staff were incredibly friendly, had a bite to eat at the nemo cafe and got some souvenirs, if it wasn't for the ticket issue I would of rated it 5 stars
