Fabulous Hotel, Freezing Cold Pool

Dear Traceface, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at the Hotel Botánico & The Oriental Spa Garden. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your excellent room and our stunning grounds. I would like to address your concerns regarding the pool temperatures, particularly in relation to your grandchildren. We understand the importance of enjoying all our facilities, and we regret that the temperature of the pools was not comfortable for the younger members of your family. Our team diligently works to maintain the pools at a pleasant temperature, but due to lower night temperatures, it is possible that the outdoor pools may not be warm early in the day. Regarding the Oriental Spa Garden area, it is important to note that this is a "childfree" zone designed to offer peace and tranquility to our guests. For this reason, and to maintain a serene atmosphere, we restrict children's access to this area, as well as to the indoor pool of the spa. These policies are in place to ensure the relaxation and wellbeing of all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our goal is to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests, and we take your feedback seriously to improve in the future.
