Generally positive but some attention needed by management
Great hotel. Nice big room. Very clean. All staff attentive and friendly. Italian evening meal mediocre breakfast excellent. Bar staff helpful. Two young poorly supervised kids screamed a lot near the pool and in it . Parents seemed uninterested. We think children under age of 7 should not be in the main pool.

We have two completely separate and differentiated zones within our hotel to cater to the needs of both families and those seeking peace and tranquility, all without any extra cost. The SPA zone is designed as a serene sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, free from the exuberance and noise that can sometimes accompany younger guests. Meanwhile, our family-friendly pool area is intended to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children and their parents. We believe this approach allows all our guests to enjoy their stay according to their preferences and expectations. We take your feedback seriously and will consider your suggestion regarding the main pool access policy as part of our ongoing efforts to improve guest satisfaction.
