Raw steak

We visited while on holiday, staff were very welcoming which gave a good first impression to the restaurant. We got brought complimentary bread and dip and it was lovely, however we had an appetiser shoved on our table without giving us the chance to say no and got charged for this. We both ordered Sirloin steak however it was more like fillet steak. Asked for it to be cooked medium-rare but it was cooked blue and was stone cold. We tried to ask for it to be cooked a few more minutes but could not get any of the staff’s attention and no one asked us how was our food, we got a bit fed up waiting so paid the bill and left. It is a shame because it potentially could’ve been a really nice meal but lack of basic customer service throughout a dining experience does go a long way and would have changed our experience completely.
