Friendly Hotel - Loved By Many
We have travelled the world and rate Botanico as one of the best. The staff are marvellous, very helpful and very professional. The hotel is kept immaculate indoor and out. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The public spaces are immaculate the library is well equipped and peaceful - including a large TV screen for important viewing mostly for gentlemen and usually sport! Of course all rooms have large flat screen TVs but people don't always want to watch the same programmes! In short the Botanico has thought of just about everything BUT are always receptive to listen to the comments of guests. The Botanico make guests feel special!
