5 star stay with 5 star service

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful relaxing hotel. The grounds of the hotel were breathtaking and such a calming space in which to wander and enjoy nature. The spa was a wonderful therapeutic experience and we loved the thermal circuit and adult only pool. Breakfast was delicious every day and we appreciated the later timing until 11am at the weekend. Our room was a superior Mountain/pool view double and was kept immaculately by the housekeeping staff with a beautiful nightly turndown service including Lindt chocolates. Our overall experience of food and beverages was excellent - Bar hall staff were friendly and we loved choosing between the indoor and outdoor seating areas. My only complaint would be the enthusiastic birds outdoors as they were rather attracted to the tapas nuts! We dined in the La Parilla restaurant one of the evenings and in the hotel’s linked restaurant Brunelli’s on another - both spectacular settings although there could be some improvements in Brunellis in terms of service and the lack of shade/seating options. La Parilla was exquisite with exceptional service and a delicious chateaubriand. I must especially highlight the enhancement of our stay thanks to the hotel’s kind and welcoming Concierge & Public Relations Carla Conde who went above and beyond to check on our stay and ensure we were enjoying everything the hotel offers. Carla was exceptional in her bright and pleasant manner and patiently assisted us with our little questions during the stay. We shall be in touch to arrange another stay next year but in the meantime, thank you to all at Hotel Botánico & The Oriental Spa Garden for such an enjoyable short break in Northern Tenerife.
