Great team in a great setting.

3rd time of visiting this hotel and it continues to impress. Highlights are the wonderful team throughout the hotel - everyone is so friendly. The gardens are outstanding and create a wonderful atmosphere for an evening stroll. The bar team are of the highest standard and it's without a doubt one of the best run areas of the hotel. In one way or another, all of the bar team made our stay memorable. The spa facilities are also great, the thermal circuit and relaxation beds being a favourite. The hotel provides some great dining options, we opted for half board for 10 days and quite often swapped our evening meal for lunch in the restaurant by the pool, it was great to have the flexibility and all of our meals were very enjoyable. They have some good, and a few great vegetarian options the team are happy to make alterations which is appreciated. Although, halfway through our stay we were told we could not order our evening meal included with our half board option via room service which was dissapointing as we had a great sea view from our balcony and the room service the hotel provides is brilliant, with the option to order from the restaurants direct to your room. But for us, having already paid a sum for half board it seemed crazy to have to pay again to have the food delivered to our room. I'm unsure whether some miscomunication occured here? However, the half board option is good value if you appreciate the certainty of a pleasant meal with refined service every evening. All in all we highly recommend this hotel, we have a brilliant stay every time and have rebooked as soon as we got home.
