Don’t waste your time or money. Rude front of house staff!!!

After hearing this was in the top ten steak houses we chose this restaurant for my partner’s birthday meal whilst on holiday (paid €50 for a taxi from our hotel to try it). On arrival kitchen staff greeted us very cheerfully, however front of house staff were not so friendly. We arrived at the desk and received a grunt asking if we had a reservation (yes) what was the name… We were led to our table customer service is clearly not something the front of house are aware of as we were seated and did not receive a menu of any kind for 15 mins but the bread basket was pushed onto us within 5 mins no mention of drinks although we asked. The restaurant was not busy and there was plenty of floor staff. It seemed they just chose not to serve us. Bearing in mind this was a birthday. We were then produced with menus, again customer service was in the toilet. I asked if there was a wine menu, to be abruptly told it was on the other side of food menu. Another 10 mins passed it was clear staff were more focussed on setting tables for customers that weren’t there yet other than attending to paying customers. It was then we decided to walk out. We had budgeted well for this particular meal and refused to pay a high amount for such terrible service.
