Excellent Hotel
The Hotel Botanico is exceptional with an air of calmness as soon as you enter the reception. Everything is of a very high standard with outstanding service levels. The immediate surrounding area of the hotel is fine but Puerto del a Cruz itself is a massive disappointment - it looking rundown and unattractive. This would influence the decision to return or not!
