Disappointing

We ordered our steak medium, but it was served raw. Also, it was still cold in the middle. When we informed the waiter about this issue, we received a hot stone to grill it ourselves. By the time the meat was done, all our sides were cold. I would expect a meal of this price category to be served as ordered, or, at the very least, for the issue to be resolved without us having to cook for ourselves. The view of the sunset was lovely and the best part of our time spent there.
