Can understand why hotel is rated so highly. From arrival to departure the staff are excellent. The hotel is full of surprises both inside and out The gardens and pool area are stunning During stay the hotel was hit by heavy winds and caused some damage. Had a room overlooking the pool and watching the staff cleaning up was an amazing experience. The lifeguard diving to the bottom of pool to clear debris. The cleaning robot clearing base of pol, and the staff generally clearing up debris all over the gardens. They did an amazing job to restore hotel for the Christmas arrivals
