Day trip via Tui, included transfer & tickets. Large water park with lots to do from the lazy river, slides, wave pool and food outlets. If you’re not a fan of rides probably not the best place to visit. Lots of sun loungers near to wave pool with parasols. Food reasonably priced. Remember to take water shoes and water repellent phone cover as they’re needed. There are lockers available but long queues. Lots of lifeguards and staff available throughout the park. Small shopping area is great if you forget something and not too expensive (swimwear, water shoes, water repellent phone cover)

Such an amazing experience at Siam Park with my fiancé. The staff were amazing and very helpful, shout out to Marta! The food was great and we had VIP passes so definitely worth while as we were able to stay hydrated throughout the day not worrying about the costs.

We had a great all inclusive day at Siam Park including unlimited fast passess and a cabana for the day. The food and services were excellent and we all had a brilliant day, making multiple uses of our fast passes and the wave pool! Highly recommended for families of all ages.

We visited Siam Park with the VIP package (€165 each), and while the fast-track access was genuinely excellent and made a huge difference to the day, unfortunately the customer service completely overshadowed what could have been an amazing experience. One thing I wasn’t informed of before visiting was how difficult the park is for people who wear strong prescription glasses. My prescription is -7.5 and -8, meaning I cannot safely walk around without them. I was repeatedly told to take my glasses off before rides but sometimes slid them back on during the ride because I was terrified of losing them. I’m on holiday with no spare pair, and without them I can barely see. I tried tucking them into my bikini top instead, but within seconds of the ride starting, both my partner and I had to let go of the inflatable to stop them flying out. That only reinforced my belief that they were actually safer on my face than tucked into my clothing. I completely accept that I wasn’t entirely in the right, and I understand staff have rules they need to enforce. My issue isn’t with the rules—it’s with the way I was treated. When we rode again, the lifeguard told me she had seen me on the camera wearing my glasses. I apologised and said, “Okay, I’ll keep them tucked away this time.” Instead of simply explaining the policy, she screamed at me and said the only way I’d be allowed on any more rides was if I left my glasses at the side of the ride. I found that completely unreasonable. Prescription glasses are incredibly expensive, and as someone with a -7.5 and -8 prescription, I rely on them to see. Leaving them unattended wasn’t a realistic option, and being expected to walk around without them would have been unsafe. What made the situation even more disappointing was that another member of staff had been incredibly kind and understanding when I explained my situation before getting on the ride. After his colleague shouted at me, he even apologised for the way she had spoken to me. That alone told me I wasn’t overreacting. The food was also disappointing. It was dry and poor quality, and when my friend politely asked a waitress to clarify what food and drinks were included with the VIP package, she was met with an unnecessarily rude attitude. The rides themselves are fantastic, and I genuinely think the VIP package is worth the money if you want to avoid the queues. However, spending over €165 per person, I expected far better customer service. I left feeling embarrassed, upset and completely let down. A little empathy, professionalism and common sense would have completely changed our experience.
Thank you for taking the time to share this. We are truly sorry that a visit meant to feel special ended with frustration and discomfort. At Siam Park, safety rules on attractions must be applied consistently, especially regarding loose items such as glasses, as they can become a risk in moving water. However, guests who depend on prescription eyewear deserve clear, patient and respectful guidance. The way this situation made you feel is not the standard of care we expect from our team. Your comments about the service and dining experience will be shared with the relevant managers for internal review. A premium visit should feel welcoming from start to finish. We are glad the attractions left a positive impression, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a much better experience in the future.

Fun park, lots to do and see. Very clean and clearly well kept! Waiting times were a bit annoying but nothing to be done about that. All in all had a wonderful day! (Ps, the dragon is definitely the best ride...) And thanks to Maria who spoke to us at the end.

Day in the park, Thursday, July 2, 2026, with 2 of our grandchildren (15 and 13 years old). We are lovers of Southeast Asia and wanted to share, with our grandchildren, some "images" (vegetation and architecture, even if artificial) and let them experience what they love, intense but safe attractions. Visually, a very beautiful park, with magnificent vegetation. Unfortunately, we were accompanied all day by a very loud soundtrack that had nothing to do with the theme of the park (mainly Anglo-Saxon hits from the 70s/80s)... Otherwise, on a practical level: - basic tickets purchased online and quick entry; - we brought our picnic, which passed through security without any issues; - we avoided the wait for the photo at the beginning of the park by bypassing the line through a passage on the left; - rental, without difficulty or wait, of a large locker (€10), to store our belongings, since everyone strolls around in swimsuits and flip-flops or water shoes (I had initially brought sarongs in a plastic bag but had to leave it at the start of an attraction and retrieve it later...) ; - friendly staff; - "acceptable" wait times (20 minutes maximum) for attractions. So, in the end, our grandchildren loved this day and, aside from this "polluting" music, for us, the theft of our grandson's flip-flops at the start of an attraction and a temperature of about 24°C, which was a bit "chilly" when wet for several hours, we also really enjoyed this beautiful park...

Les retours de nos visiteurs sont précieux pour continuer à ajuster l’expérience et préserver au mieux l’identité unique du parc. Nous regrettons également le désagrément rencontré avec les chaussures de votre petit-fils et comprenons parfaitement que cela ait pu ternir une partie de la visite. Merci encore pour votre confiance et pour vos mots positifs envers notre équipe. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau à Siam Park lors d’une prochaine visite à Tenerife.

Great place and lots of fun but spent most of the day in a queue, if you have the patience you will enjoy it. Watch out for the gangs stealing flip flops though

I was there on Saturday with my children, but my 11-year-old son was scared, and two workers treated him exceptionally well... Volcano and the Giant slides.

Me and my partner went here with a day and night pass and we loved it! We went in June and bought a fast pass which was well worth it, we skipped most queues and only had to wait 10 mins maximum. Every single slide was great and we had so much fun. However the wave pool was a little disappointing as it would only send a wave every 3-4 minutes. I have been to other water parks where they come at you constantly but that doesn’t take away from the great time we had. The food and drink is quite expensive but it’s what you expect from a place like this. There was a wide range of food and drink to choose from and plenty of stalls all over. The night pass was pretty good, very little queues on all attractions however you don’t get much time as it’s later on in the evening. I do feel like the price is a little steep for the night as it is the same as the general ticket however it is still worth it. All in all I would recommend that everyone coming to Tenerife visits Siam park as it fully deserves the title of best water park in the world
